In April 2005 Mrs. Minna Roukkio
of Siivous Tekijät OY completed a scientific study comparing
the effectiveness of the Reflex Mopping System and /a/ another/
flatmop system commonly used in Finland.
The test was done under
SFS-EN ISO 9001: 2000
|
Summary
of results:
The results showed the
Reflex microfibre system to be significantly better than the other
commonly used system.
(Figs. 4, 6 and 7). The comparison criteria were generally accepted
for studies of planned cleaning systems on similar objects.
Apart from the measured results there was also a big difference
in the amount of water used. The other system used both wet and
damp methods and the amount of water left behind on the floor
was significantly more than with the Reflex microfibre mop cloths.

In July 2007 the ATP measuring method, of
Kikkoman Lumitester PD-10 and LuciPac-W, was used to analyze the
effectiveness of removing organic dirt from a floor surface. Three
commonly used mop systems were tested along with the Reflex Mopping
System. |
Conclusions:
Reflex Mopping System more
comfortable for /cleaners/cleaning staff/ - Reflex Mopping System
saves on investment, operational costs and labour costs - Reflex
Mopping System cleans significantly more efficiently than conventional
flat mops - Reflex Waffle mop cloths were proven to be still
100% /good/effective/ after having been used and laundered 500
times!

mop cleaning system. |
