of Rostock Clinic
This University
Clinic goes back to Hanseatic times i.e. 1400-1500. Today it
is one of the most modern and best equipped hospitals in Germany.
The cleaning has
been contracted out and for many years it has been in the capable
hands of a local company - Reifa of Kritzmov.
The Reflex Mopping System is used throughout the hospital wherever
manual floor cleaning is employed. This includes wards where
cross-contamination risks must be minimized. 'In hospitals hygene
standards have to be much higher than in other places such as
offices, says Mr. Assmann, 'and the Reflex System is an excellent
tool for this'
The Reflex Mopping System was
introduced to Reifa by Mr. Wedell of Wega Fachgroßhandlung.

Airport Munich Airport
operates around
the clock, seven days a week and is cleaned by Aeroclean
GmbH.
At the airport safety is paramount - next comes hygiene. It
has been shown that the cleanliness of public toilets greatly
influence customer satisfaction.
Visual cleanliness is not enough these days with so many people
travelling around the world. Hence, at this aiport, even special,
easy clean tiles are used on the floors. Since the Reflex System
has been in use deposits and residues have been completely eliminated.
According to Mr. Rickstatt of Aeroclean GmbH the floors are
back to their original colour and have never been so clean before.
The Reflex System is an efficient mopping tool and is most effective
on Ultragres floors.
'Having a thorough knowledge of cleaning practice at the airport
we advised Mr. Rickstatt to adopt the Reflex System.' Said Mr.
Siegfried Hager of Scheller Hager GmbH, Munich.
When cleaning public toilets, the Reflex System enables cleaners
to clean the tiled walls behind the bowls and urinals without
having to adopt the /well-known/usual/ inconvenient working

The
Maritim Hotel Nuremburg
This hotel is one of 45 hotels
belonging to the international Hotel Group Maritime. It has
316 rooms and 534 beds.
'We at Maritim want our guests to feel very comfortable during
their stay. Hygiene and cleanliness are thus very important.
Most areas are covered by carpets, but the bathrooms should
be mopped every day', said Mrs. Hoffman. 'We use the Reflex
System so the bathrooms can be damp mopped when the laundry
is changed. We use pre-impregnated cloths kept in a small container
on the hotel trolley.
A new cloth is used for every room to guarantee the hygiene',
said Mrs. Hoffman. 'The used cloth is dropped in the dirty mop
bag held on the trolley. At the end of the day all the cloths
are collected and washed ready for use the next day. After we
had tried the Reflex System in the bathrooms and realized how
versatile it was, we started using it everywhere in the hotel
on hard surfaced floors.
Mr. Michael of WGS Handels
GmbH, Erlangen recommended the Reflex System to the hotel. 'Our
customer achieves better hygiene and cleaner floors - all at
lower cost', he said enthusiastically.
